    I offer a comprehensive home inspection service complete with High Resolution Thermal Imaging.

    During your inspection, I perform a detailed visual evaluation of the home and its major systems and components.

    During the inspection I will:

    • Walk the roof
    • Inspect the attic and crawl spaces
    • Open the electrical panel
    • Operate the furnace and heating systems
    • Check appliances as required by APHIS
    • Perform a radon spot check
    • Take moisture readings around windows and other areas at risk of moisture intrusion

    I begin at the roof and evaluate not only the roof surface, but also the chimney, ventilation system, electrical service entrance, plumbing stacks, and other systems located on the roof.

    Next, I inspect the exterior of the home using both a macro and micro approach to evaluate the overall structure and identify any areas of concern.

    I then move inside the home, starting at the bottom and working upward through each level into the attic.
