Mold, Asbestos, Potable Water & Air Quality Testing 

Hat Property Inspections offers on-site contaminant sampling and laboratory testing services from EMSL Analytical inc. Although this service is not included in a regular inspection, it can be added to any home Inspection or Commercial Property Condition Assessment. It can also be provided as a stand-alone service.

If possible contaminates are discovered during the inspection or you are concerned there may be contaminates on the property, you can decide to have things tested.  I can take samples of surfaces, building materials, air or water and send them to the laboratory for testing.  The turn around time from the lab is usually about a week. 

The Laboratory will provide you with a comprehensive report describing any contaminants discovered, the implications and any health risks associated with them.  I will help you interpret the labs results to determine the best course of action.

Comprehensive potable water (3) water sample protocol - water collection via - sterile bottles, Includes;

Routine potability testing for pH, EC, Alk, TDS calc, major ions, hardness, turbidity

Total Coliforms including E, coli and HPC micro organisms

Total Fecal Coliforms

Total Metals in water
